Turn repeated guest questions into reply drafts you can review
This is not an automatic Airbnb bot. It organizes check-in, luggage, directions, Wi-Fi, house rules, and nearby tips into a simple guest-help flow, then drafts answers the host can approve before using.
What changes after setup
The host keeps control. The tool only turns approved stay information into easier-to-use answers.
1. Gather stay facts
Check-in, access, luggage, Wi-Fi, transport, house rules, and sensitive boundaries are written once.
2. Organize common questions
Repeated guest questions are grouped so the same answer does not need to be rewritten every time.
3. Draft a reply
The tool prepares a clear answer in the guest language from host-approved information.
4. Host reviews
Anything sensitive or outside the guide stays with the host. No Airbnb login or automatic send is required.
Try the stay agent with a fictional property
Ask as a guest, switch languages, trigger host review, and send a simulated host reply back to the guest language. This runs entirely in the browser.
Fictional stay source
These facts represent host-approved listing/profile content after cleanup.

Fictional demo stay. In production, these facts come from host-approved listing/profile content, not from account scraping.
Wi-Fi QR
Scan a locally generated QR for the fictional guest network. The demo password is encoded in the QR, but it is not printed as visible page text.
Network
GardenStay_Guest
Fictional Wi-Fi details for demo only. Real hosts should use a private in-stay page or printed QR.

Guest chat
The agent answers from approved stay facts and creates a ticket when the question needs host review.
Host handoff console
Sensitive questions pause here. The host can answer in Korean or English; production can translate it to the guest language.
Concrete examples
A non-technical operator should be able to understand the value from these everyday questions.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
Draft: Check-in starts at 3 PM. You can leave luggage at the front desk from 11 AM after messaging the host.
Good for repeated arrival and luggage questions.
How do I get there from the airport?
Draft: Take the airport train to Hongik Univ. Station, then walk about 8 minutes. A taxi drop-off point is also available.
Good for multilingual direction questions.
Can I check out late?
Needs host review: late checkout depends on cleaning schedule and same-day bookings.
Sensitive questions are not auto-approved.
Safety boundary
The first version is deliberately conservative so hosts can test it without giving away account access.
