This page explains the current beta service scope, privacy handling, paused platform features, payment/refund limits, and responsibility limits. It should be reviewed before paid public launch, marketplace transactions, or durable server-side lead storage.

Guildex currently provides enterprise automation diagnosis, masking guidance, prioritization, human-control rules, and business impact review.
Marketplace, quest, developer, and marketer features are paused during the enterprise automation diagnosis beta.
Do not submit customer names, phone numbers, order numbers, account data, logs, secrets, or private third-party data in the beta intake.
Guildex is currently a beta for enterprise automation diagnosis. The site does not provide automatic payment, e-signature sending, live LLM analysis, developer employment, dispatch, marketplace transactions, marketer programs, or implementation guarantees.
Paid diagnosis starts only through a separate written quote or agreement. Deliverables, schedule, refund terms, and responsibility scope must be confirmed there.
AI analysis is decision-support material. Legal, tax, labor, medical, financial, investment, or regulatory judgment requires review by a qualified professional.
Purpose
Fit check, repeated-work diagnosis, contact reply, and paid diagnosis possibility.
Processed fields
Business or brand alias, category, respondent role, contact channel, revenue/order/lead scale, repeated touchpoints, workflow description, current tools, and company-control boundaries.
Current storage
The beta enterprise automation survey is stored in browser localStorage only. Server submission, payment, and automatic contract sending are not active yet.
Retention
Browser-local data remains until the user clears browser storage. Separately received inquiry records are retained only as needed for the inquiry or agreement.
Third-party sharing
Third-party sharing is not part of the free survey. Identifiable materials require separate consent or a direct agreement.
User rights
Requests for correction, deletion, or suspension can be handled through the same contact channel used for the inquiry until a formal operator email is published.
Do not enter
- Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, order numbers, account numbers, payment identifiers
- Login data, API keys, admin permissions, passwords, authentication tokens
- Contract originals, tax/labor records, medical/legal/financial judgment materials
- Reviews, 상담 logs, or messages collected without proper permission
If implementation is needed after diagnosis, it is handled only after a separate agreement or direct provider arrangement. The current site does not sell implementation matching.
If Guildex later provides payment or transaction-intermediary features, seller identity, transaction terms, and dispute procedures will be disclosed separately.
The free fit check has no fee. Paid diagnosis starts only after a separate quote or agreement.
Refund and cancellation terms follow the separate agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation before work starts is fully refundable, and cancellation after deliverable work begins is settled according to completed scope.
If a diagnosis says automation is unsafe or not worth implementing, the diagnostic service is still considered delivered when the agreed report is provided.
Before paid marketplace, payment, provider matching fees, international payments, server-side data storage, or formal selling activity, verify operator details, reporting obligations, privacy officer/contact, labor matching classification, and refund policy.
